Applicant must have NYS Real Estate Salesperson license.
APPLICANT MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY FOR WEEKEND OPEN HOUSES
Applicant with 1-4 years related experience is preferred.

This is a great opportunity to work as a real estate agent with one of the fastest growing and top producing brokerage companies. Will start as showing agent for team’s new development projects mainly in Downtown Flushing.

Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, and well organized with a strong interest in real estate or real estate investment. Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power point) as well as office equipment, including copiers/scanners etc. is a must. New York State real estate license and some real estate experience in New York market is required. There is great potential to earn substantial income depending on individual performance and performance of Team.

Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to)

Answering and placing phone calls, and responding to emails
Coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist in arranging, coordinating, scheduling catered broker open houses and regular open houses
Assist in managing daily tasks
Assist in arranging team sponsored events
Coordinate all necessary paperwork and facilitate communication with team and office
Showing properties

Job Requirement:

Agent must be able to speak/type fluent Chinese (Mandarin)

Salary

Depends on experience, full time or part time
